MANE Moments makes custom photo magnets. This page explains what we collect when you order, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your photos — the images you upload to be printed.
• Your name and email address — to confirm your order and contact you about it.
• Your shipping address — to send you your magnets.
• Promo code, if you use one.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use it

Only to make, ship and support your order. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing emails.

Where it's kept, and for how long

• Photos are stored on our website only until your order is sent to our shop email, then deleted from the website straight away. If you upload photos but don't finish checking out, they're deleted automatically within about a day.
• Order details and photos are kept in our Google account (Gmail and Google Sheets) so we can print, ship and help with your order.

Services we use

• Stripe — payments
• Google (Gmail, Google Sheets) — order emails and order records
• Render — hosts this website

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Just reply to your order confirmation email.
